Our Professional team will practice everyday from 8:00-11:00 am and 5:30-7:00 pm (Monday-Thursday, Sunday) in July and August. 


Things to know:  

  1.  Registration: Once you book your training please email info@highdivinginstitute.com to let us know what dates you will be training with us. 
  2. USA Diving Membership: All Pro team members will need a basic 'Athlete' membership through USA Diving. This includes ALL foreign athletes. Please note if you are 18+ USA Diving will require a background check and SafeSport certification. This can take a couple days- please do not leave to the last minute. Register with USA Diving HERE.
  3. Accommodation: There is on-site housing at the Utah Olympic Park for athletes visiting.  If you need accommodation during your stay, please email info@highdivinginstitute.com. 


Before you arrive: 

  1. Utah Olympic Park Waiver: Once you sign up, make sure to fill out the UOP's waiver HERE. Please note this is a two step waiver. Once you fill it out, check your email to complete the final step. 
  2. High Diving Institute Waiver: Please sign our waiver HERE. Please note this is a two step waiver. Once you fill it out, check your email to complete the final step.
